Ambrosia

  1. 5 large navel oranges, peeled, sectioned, and cut into 1-inch pieces
  2. 1 can (6 oz.) pineapple bits
  3. 1 C. flaked coconut
  4. 1/4 C. powdered sugar
In a medium bowl, combine all ingredients. Mix well. Cover and refrigerate at least one hour.
