Beef Teriyaki

  1. 1 lb. beef sirloin steak, cut into thin strips
  2. 1 tbsp. oil
  3. 3 cups frozen stir-fry vegetables, thawed
  4. 3/4 cup bottled teriyaki stir-fry sauce
  5. Cooked rice

Cook and stir beef in hot oil in skillet for 5 minutes. Add vegetables and sauce. Simmer on low for 4 minutes. Serve over rice.
